Removing payment options from system - all but Paypal

I was wondering if anyone can please provide a step-by-step process of how I remove the various credit card and bank account information presented to an advertiser when he is prompted for payment of his account. How do I configure it so that the only option provided is Paypal?\
In addition...When an advertiser opt's for a feature that requires payment how do I configure the system so that before they actually post the advert that they are prompted to pay for the listing. Once their payment details are confirmed and the transaction processed, then their ad will be listed on the website. Is there a simple process I can follow to achieve this?\

You can edit the template for the money manager page and remove anything you do not want to show for the user as payment option.
There is an admin option that you can set to require prepay.
