There is no Paypal entry.\
Paypal account data presents at the bottom.\

| Paypal is selected always, if you want to remove it simply remove the code from the templates. Anything you do not want just remove its code from the templates. See the templates for Money manager, payment* etc. |

| Yes everything is expected until they made it available for other countries not US only. |

| Hmm, AFAIK It is available for any countries. I'm using it fine on two my OSC shops about 3 month for UK based paypal account.\
