| I found this forum to be helpful, but could not find the answer to this problem. In Engine Management,Mail Manager, Manage Letters - I have tried to create a new letter OR edit Newsletter. When I click on "save" I get the following:\
Cannot Open Database\
file/home/sites/www.ablockauction.com/web/cgi-bin/auction/data/mail/letters.pm: Permission denied Line 888, File/home/sites/www.ablockauction.com/web/cgi-bin/auction/MailMgr.pm ... Does anybody know how to fix this so I can send my members news & such? |

| As the error says, you need to set these files permissions to 755 or 777 to be writable. Set the directory and file permissions for the files data/mail/* to 755 or 777. |
