If you tell me what you did exactlly since the software was installed I can tell you what happended. Try to search these forums for host suspended and select "All Forums" before clicking the search button, you will find some topics. May be also you leftyour admin.cgi center's without login as the default and someone elase logged in and corrupted your installations or changed your configurations. Anyway, may be you did some wrong customizations or corrupted something or tried to use none valid email program by trying to send emails before configuring your mail program. In general, nothing should cause this server load if files not corrupted on the server and the program configured before use. Again tell me what you did so we can guess what causes this server load. Anyway, tell them to contact us if they want to explain to them that there is nothing wrong. |
