My server provider explained why compaign ads get block:\

The problem is with the memory that your 'ads.cgi' script is consuming. When I raise the Apache memory limit on the server the scripts yeild an 'internal server error', and when I run the script manually I get this error:\

The above shows the script taking 100% of the CPU and 7.8% of the server's memory, so it looks like the script doesn't have enough memory to load. This is one of the main reasons we needed you off the shared server and onto a 1024 vps -- your site's memory usage is dominating the server.\
