I am interested in purchasing your Zip Code/Postal Code Geo Database for US and Canada\
I have one question. \
You say that this database will search within distance from given zip code. Will it search within distance, of a user only puts in a City or State, and no particular zip code?\

| The user MUST enter the starting Zip code, the software uses the zip code to find his location (Longitude, latitude) on the earth. |
