| Update Categories Count : 500 Internal Error |

whenever I click "Update Categories Count" Netauction begins update but then times out with the following error:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas how to fix this ? Disabled McAfee AV & firewall but got same error
