Suspended Domain Names
Hello Mewsoft! PLEASE HELP!!! I do not know what to do...I accidently let my Domain Name registrations expire. (11-17-08) 11-24-08 I realized why I could not access my site. I immediately went to the registry to pay for the renewal on all 3 names. Paid by debit card. Money still not out of my account. Domains still do not work. ONLY way to contact register is to open ticket. I have opened ticket everyday, NO REPLY. What can I do? I fear I am loosing my customers, members and wasting advertising. Can I purchase different domain names with a different register like HostGator? What is involved??? Thank You

You can still renew the domains for at least I think 30 days from the expiration day from your account.

I do not know who is your regsitar but most of them offer phone support, if you want to register another domain

the best registrar is www.godaddy.com

Thank you for your response! The regisrar is DNR Domainnameregistry.com ... Only contact is ticket system but will not answer! Is registering another domain name difficult to integrate with my auction site? Also I have 60 members now. How hard will this be?

there is not too much you can do other than wait it out. but when you do get your names back i would suggest listening to what mewsoft said and transfer them to godaddy.com. what you pay a yr with your DNR you can get 2 yrs with godaddy. they also wont leave you in the dark like many other registers do.

Seems you paid too much for it, it starts at $24/year. It is almost $7-9 everywhere, go direct to www.godaddy.com

Sorry for so many questions. Is registering another domain name in place of the one I was using

difficult to integrate with my auction site & cpanel? How hard will this be?

Contact hostgator they will help in registering and may be transfer or redirect, You may be will need transfer

if they can not do the full transfer.
