There is no problem for us to transfer your products to anothe domain. All we require is to make sure the software is running

on one domain on one webserver at the same time to avoid violating the software license.

There are many topic here about how to transfer the products to another domain.

you can backup your database, transfer it with the software to the new domain then load the database and reconfigure manually

searchawy to point to the new database and new paths and new settings by editing the file data/SysConfi.pm.

Yes you can keep all your customizations and your database and your translations and all your settings.

You can transfer everything as I said before by editing the confiuration file on the new server. Remember you need

to move every thing from the old server to the new server and in the correct file transfer mode to avoid files corruptions.
