Auctionawy update 16.23 released 12/18/2011

This update for few fixes and improvements.

*)-Improved the Liveupdate language update.

*)-fixed list type menu.

*)-fixed update counts in accounts manager.

*)-my be few other fixes.

Just update the code file from the latest version, you may use the LiveUpdate.

Fixed Feedback.pm error when leaving feedback in the last upgrade.

Just update the file Feedback.pm
