This update included a nee code added to the Footer.html Widget or you can add it to any location or specific pages only to automatically detect the pages url and title and use it to generate a QR Code (Quick Response code) and display the image on the pages. These QR images can be scanned by applications on mobiles etc instead of typing the links. Check our demo, look at the bottom right corner for the QR code image.
We have created a special Topic in our FAQ forum for using the code in all other products or on any web page.
Google QR Code Generator With Automatic Page Url and Title
It can be used also to generate the QR code for any text not only urls. You can customize it, for example the image size, error correction, margin, and encoding. The Footer.html Widget has changes besides the new code for the QR code generator, so if you upgrade it, it will overwrite your customizations. If you have done any customization to the Footer.html widget, then it is better just to copy the code for the QR code generator to your Widget.
