To make the html editor always on, just remove the line that has this &lt--UserVisualEditorSwitch--> from your templates and modify this line from:

input type="hidden" name="VisualEditorSwitch" value=""

to:

input type="hidden" name="VisualEditorSwitch" value="1"

HI \ If I delete all the cookies it will not work
