Help! Not sure as to why I got the message below and how to I repair the code to make it work, go away, etc. so the site will function for payments and signups?\ \ Cannot Lock file, server may be busy, please wait a few seconds and try again.\ /home/sites/www.ablockauction.com/web/cgi-bin/data/SysConfig.pm: Permission denied\ Line 72, File /home/sites/www.ablockauction.com/web/cgi-bin/Configuration.pm\ \ Any help would be greatly appreciated!!\ \ Mark

The error message is clear, you need to set the directory data and all its sub directories and files to wirtable 755 or 777 so the program can write and update these files.

Everyone of the files and directories are at 755. Any other ideas?

This is a windows permissions problem.. You dont have permission to write on these files.

You have to change users permissions on the server for the files so you can write on them.

Make sure your cgi directory is correct in admin -> configuration.
