Hi - thanks so much for all your help. I do have a couple of minor questions now. The first is: is there a way to alter the time on the site clock? I think it's currently set for a different timezone (about 5 hours ahead)?

Admin->Configuration, then set the offest:

Time Offset Based on GMT in Hours (-hh.hh to +hh.hh)
