hello and good day. i am having a very small issue with only offer type emails (offer,offer accepted,offer declined...) all other emails come through (meseges,closed,sold,listed,relisted,not sold) i cant find what is causeing this. i have all my boxes checked for the "preferences" so they all should be coming through. also when a member joins in the "search" it will show in the "members " page but not on the admin page of members in auction. do i have something turned off that marks a new member in all 3 or is it only posable to have the forums and auction work together? i have auction,search and board on same server i think ( yall put it all in for me smile

try to use another test account, may be your SPAM filter learned these emails as SPAM or change the emails subject in the language manager. Were you able to receive these emails before?

no, i havent recieved any "offer " emails since we did the upgrade. i had other people test it on each other and none recieved the offer emails but listing and closeing and such come through. thank you for quick reply.

Buyer offer emails: is sent to the buyer when the offer accpeted
Seller offer emails: is sent to the seller when the offer accpeted
Offer rejected emails: is sent to tne buyer when the offer rejected

isnt the seller suposed to get an email from offer? what is the purpose of the update i ordered? if i still have to go to selling or item listing to find out there is an offer kinda defeats the purpose.

Buyer offer emails: is sent to the buyer when the offer accpeted (makes sense)

Seller offer emails: is sent to the seller when the offer accpeted (accepted? so i still have to search my "selling" or click on the listings to find out if there is a offer? and then i get an email of the action i just did? )if so that defeats the purpose of my order and request.seller needs the email at time of offer! then the buyer gets an email in response to the accept/deny!i thought thats why there is an option to have these emails or not.some may want to search there selling list but most do not!

Offer rejected emails: is sent to tne buyer when the offer rejected (makes sense)

That was the way it was working before your order the custom work to enable/disable emails for offers (accepted/rejected) for buyer/seller. Sending emails on posting offers is alot of emails. I am working on this and will release an upgrade soon to make it consider these emails when offers posted, let us see...
