Watermark/Stamp your uploaded files

Uploaded files can have your own Watermak or stamp.

This feature is very easy to use or disable.

To disable simply delete the image file watermark.gif or watermark.png or rename it to anything else in your theme/default/images directory, you will find the default watermark file watermark.gif which simply contains the word "mewsoft" as it displays on our demos.

You can create any image file and name it watermark.gif or watermark.png then upload it to your theme/default/images directory.

The png file has more resolution colors than .gif files, so it will give you an excellent image instead of the .gif file which is limited to 256 colors only.

Of course you can use anything on your watermark image like a little logo or slogan or short sitename or text or whatever you like to tell the world when sees an image copied from your site.

Remember also the watermark is posted to the thumbnails, it is actually Merged to the image before creating the thumbnails so you should try to make your watermark smaller than your smallest thumbs width and height.

Also try to experment with different colors and try to test your watermark by uploading different colors images to make it display on all possible colors palletes, of course remember that your watermark image will not display the same as you created it in all images since its pallete will be hosted by the original image so it may be display in very different colors.
