Post New Ad - need help Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

When posting new Ad, I want to simplify by removing some of the options.  How do I remove the following:

Bold, Featured Plus, Great Icon, Title Color, Gallery

Likewise, under Contact Information, I would like to remove the Street, City, State, zip code.  Appreciate your assistance.

You can do this easyily by editing the template PostAd from admin->Template editor, the same you will need to edit the preview ad template.
