Several Errors Need Help Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

Hello, (again).

I'm having several errors:

1. The validation email with comfirmation link leading to website works, when the customer clicks on the link at the website to confirm account creation, they get an error message. I don't know what this error message states. However; accounts are validated, created and welcome email is received even though they get this error message.

2. Images not showing up, only a yellow folder next to the catagory.

From the admin control center, I clicked on Catagory Options and scrolled down to:

Default Category Folders Image File: folder.gif

Default Homepage Category Folders Image File: folder.gif

Are these correct? Image Directory appears to be correct, Still no images showing up! How do I make images show up on pages.


3. Registration File Options Page Missing - From the admin control center, When I click on:

accounts manager/accounts options/Registration Page Options

I get a 404 Error, Page Not found. I can't find this file.

Can someone please help me fix these problems so I can get this site up and running?

All your errors are installations errors, transfer all files under cgi-bin/clasified and its sub directories in ascii mode and change all files permissions to 755 then set the admin -> configurations paths and urls.

I installed the script using the online installer at your website, matter-of-fact, I had to login to my server after the installation completed and change the file permissions because the auto-installer didn't chmod the files to 755, does the online installer make mistakes when transferring files too? If so, should I uninstall and reinstall, basically start over?

If you can see your admin.cgi page then your installation went good but you need to set the configuration settings in admin -> Cofiguration.
