In Ads I'm Watching

click on Delete Selected Ads

It then comes up with this page

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

If I go back and click refresh it did delete the ad I'm Watching
Were do I look to correct this

Just update the file Accounts.pm from our site and ti will fix it.
