User must be registered to write reviews this is to make it responsible and honest system not just any one

can write any junk text.

If you really need it you can edit the cgi module file Reviews.pm and comment the lines like that in

the write review and save reviews functions:

&Check_Account_Login;

you can comment these lines by putting # in front of the line.

Thanks

The Reason i want to disable Member Registration fwhen posting Reviews is because people dislike the registration process and i would want to have as many reviews as possible to increase Search-engine spidering of the website (correct me if am wrong)

I can still control the Reviews by Moderating the Review submissions at Admin Level.

Will Admin moderation still be possible if i disable Member Registration ?

Hi,

I have disabled user login for reviews. It may not be very comfortable to receive Junk Reviews but will wait and see.

I wish there was a Record for the Admin to show how many New Reviews have been submitted just like the WAY NEW URL SUBMISSIONS ARE INDICATED.

Hello,

You have to delete it manually. Of course you can unload the sql table, edit it manually then reload it again but you have

to be very carefully.

Thanks
