, Is there a way A Signature can be Put to accompany an email that is sent by Email addresses from a Website?

This Signature can be the Name or Initials of the Sender or a Disclaimer Notice.

Not sure I understand what  you mean. But all messages sent by email you can

edit/modify as you like in the language manager and put your own signiture as you like

if this is what you want.

Thanx Mewsoft, i was able to EDIT the TEXT on the WEB PAGES but i have not found the solution to MY problem yet.

The Signature i want to put is the one that shows the Identity and Contacts of the sender like Telephone,Address etc

Should look like this;

"Dear Mr Abdi,

Thank You for Contacting us;

Regards,

Web Admin

This is all in your language manager, there is no  one single signiture, there is an

email body for each type of email message, you need to edit each email body in the

language manager, for the contact email, see the contact us language page.

Hello,

I was able to add a Signature to the CONTACT US email sender but I was not able  to add the signature for the other Website addresses.

The Admin Language Editor can only add the signatur to the CONTACT US Form.

What can i do to add a Signature to e.g to the webmaster@domain.com  ??

This is not like outlook or outlook express, you do not add a signature for email addresses, you

edit the email body for each type of messages direct. See the language manager files for the different email bodies.
