Overview |

The submit options tools
lets you setup different options for many forms that accepts submissions
from the users like the create account form and the submit site form.

Edit
Acceptance Letters |
|
|
This option lets you edit
any number of letters that you can choose from when you accept a site
submitted by a user to your system.
To create a new letter
simply enter a subject in the create new template form and the program
will add it to the acceptance letters menu when you review or edit
submissions.
To delete a letter simply
check its delete button and click the save changes button and the program
will remove it.

Rejection Letters |

|
This option lets you edit

site submitted by a user to your system.

These classes are
available for both accept and reject letters. It is used also for changing
or editing listings.
The class

Create
Account Form Setup |
|

This form setup which
fields will be displayed on the create new account form for the user and
if displayed which fields will be required to be filled by the user and
can not be empty.
To display a specific
field on the create account form, simply check its button under the Show
on form. This will display the form on the create account page.
If this button is not checked this field will not be shown on the create
account page.
For fields that are
required to be filled out by the user check its Required button. If
the Required button is check for specific field and the user try to submit
the form with this field empty, the program will display error message and
will not accept the user submissions until this field is filled with
information.
You can check any field
you want to be displayed and required as well as you can choose all of
them.

This form setup which
fields will be displayed on the submit site or URL form for the user and
if displayed which fields will be required to be filled by the user and
